The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice state that anyone who calls himself an appraiser must have both the knowledge and the experience required to perform a specific appraisal service competently.

For this reason we made a fundamental business decision : the area in which we would appraise would be restricted to nearby markets with which we could remain very familiar. While other firms might offer their services over a much larger part of the state, we are confident that our knowledge of the markets in which we do business is superior to theirs.

In turn, our clients can be assured that our appraisal products, whether appraisals of homes for listing, mortgage, estate, foreclosure, or peer review of the work of other appraisers, will be of the highest quality with up-to-date knowledge of trends within the subject property's market.
